The 'City of Tiny Lights' concept will bring a subtle, effortless sense of magic as light is used as a character, a spirit that gives birth to the apartments innovations. As it spills across sheer surfaces, snakes across floors and drips down walls, magic happens, things we thought we recognise are no longer quite as they seemed to be. Each time the lights make contact, things come to life - secrets are revealed.
